Refund Policy

WazirByte.com is a digital marketplace that connects buyers. This refund policy is designed to protect both parties and outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

Please note that, unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be returned. Therefore, different refund rules apply.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be made through the "Request Refund" button next to your order on your order page. Detailed information on the refund process can be found on our support page. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and only one refund request per order is allowed. Before requesting a refund, please contact the seller to attempt to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
  • Non-Functioning Product: If the item does not work as advertised, you should first contact the seller for support. If the issue cannot be resolved and is due to a defect in the item itself (and not due to your setup or environment), you may request a refund. When submitting a request, provide detailed information, including error messages and a clear description of the issue. Refund requests with vague descriptions such as "Doesn't work" will not be accepted.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

WazirByte.com and its sellers are not obligated to provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Insufficient information is provided to justify a refund.
  • The buyer lacks the knowledge to use the item.
  • The item does not work due to incorrect configuration or an unsupported setup in the buyer's environment.
  • The item is no longer available on the platform, and the buyer has lost access.
  • The item does not meet the buyer’s expectations, or the buyer no longer wants it.
  • The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after purchase.

Exchanging Licenses

If you purchase an incorrect license, you may buy the correct license within 30 days of the original purchase and contact our support team. We will then refund the original (incorrect) license.

Refunds are only available for upgrades (e.g., upgrading from a regular license to an extended license). Downgrades (e.g., from an extended license to a regular license) are not eligible for refunds.

Disputing a Refund Request

If your refund request is denied by the seller but you believe you qualify for a refund based on the reasons stated above, you may dispute the decision. When submitting a dispute, provide a detailed explanation and, if applicable, specific details about any technical defects in the purchased product.
